If you go to Cuzco Peru, you must experience eating at one of the balconies in front of Plaza de Armas. At Fusion Andina, you will have great views and amazing food. Our waiter, Yanet, was really helpful.

Shrimp soup is delicious. The salad is good as well. The dressing is simple but it's good. The pasta is good. Their potion is big. The service is good. The passion fruit is so fresh. The restaurant is clean and nice atmosphere. Staff is nice

World traveler here and if you've never been to Peru it's amazing!! Just had a delicious dinner with a unique view sitting on the overhanging outdoor patio on the second floor!I ordered the Chicken Gordon Blue and it was wonderful. It also came with a free Pisco Sour as its the slow season.The service was top notch, food was very well presented on my plate and my table faced the main square looking out the open window.A little more pricey but you get what you pay for here. Her kindness and attentiveness made us feel right at home, and her genuine warmth added a special touch to our meal.I enjoyed a maracuyá sour, which was perfectly balanced and refreshing, and a vegetarian soup that was rich, hearty, and full of flavor. Every dish was crafted with care, making our dining experience unforgettable.If you’re in Cusco, don’t miss out on Fusion Andina.
